I’m never making pizza dough again, why bother when I can get perfect dough from Minatti, this makes a fabulous restaurant quality pizza base. Takes great and Minatti make it so easy by providing proving pots and the very finen semolina all I have to worry about now is what toppings we going to have. Highly recommend.

The Vale Fodobank purchased these dough balls to hold a Volunteer Thank you Pizza Night. We have been very impressed with the prompt delivery and, more importantly, the amazing quality of the dough.
Cooked beautifully is both wood fired and gas pizza ovens.
Our volunteers (we have almost 100) could not stop taking about how delishious the pizzas were and left the event feeling very blessed!

Great service, quality products

Great looking pizza cutter. So sharp too. Be very careful though as its really sharp as i managed to slice my hand open on it cleaning it. It does come with a blade cover. It made cutting pizza in my recent pizza party a doddle. And every pizza cut perfectly.

It's great pizza dough.
We're using the biga which is nicely hydrated and makes a delicious pizza.

Great service, although DPD let the company down with a delay with delivery. Great tomatoes, rich and flavoursome for pasta dishes and pizza bases.

These are premium, very good tomatoes. We used them to make pizza bases, having used passata before. What a difference!

This product was really great when making home-made pizzas. We were cooking for a crowd using our pizza oven. Ours only cooks one large pizza at a time so the strips made pizza-making much quicker!

Arrive in Individual bags, easily frozen. Take out however much you require, easy to take out of bags and put into boxes. Dough is very elastic and easy to stretch out into 12" pizzas and tastes lovely.
Will be buying again.

Awesome dough and couldn't believe how good this Sourdough really is. Used at an World Cup garden event and everyone loved the Pizza!
