As a family business ourselves, we really appreciate suppliers who are helpful, reliable and easy to deal with, and Minati have been fantastic. I had accidentally forgotten to order dough for an event, and they were incredibly helpful and really saved us at the last minute. Their support made a big difference and took a lot of stress away.

The dough balls themselves are excellent quality. They are easy to work with, consistent, and bake beautifully. The finished pizzas looked great and tasted amazing, which is exactly what we need when catering for events.

I’ve given up making my own pizza dough since discovering Minati pizza dough.Pop into the fridge to defrost overnight and then prove at room temperature. Minati even supply the proving pots and very fine semolina so no sticking. The pizzas taste restaurant quality, highly recommended.

First time I had heard of this process used for making pizza dough; however, the taste of the dough was wonderful and I liked how the crust edges puffed up. The only slight down point I had was the dough needed longer to defrost and prove but I had factored that in already. This is also the first dough that I’ve used that slid off the peel with ease. Definitely be buying more of these doughs in the future.

Excellent product with wonderful flavour

Best tomatoes ive ever had, the flavour is so strong and sweet, never made pasta sauce so gorgeous
