The New York dough balls were really easy to stretch, made really good sized pizzas and they tasted fantastic. I'd highly recommend them.

Great size for pizza, very sharp, super quick delivery

The dough is in general very good, in my humble opinion could use a little extra salt.
When looking to use it, that day it needs at least 6 hours to raise at room temperature, if you can leave it by a radiator you could get away with 4 hours.
Once risen though, the dough stretches very nicely and cooks very nicely. Not quite as crunchy a crust as I like but still tasty and eats well.
